好几年前买的这本书, 里面有游泳王子麦克菲尔普斯训练的例子。他的教练训练他的漆黑的游泳池里游泳,什么也看不见,完全需要靠他划水的次数还有多次重复形成的条件反射来对付比赛中不同的情况。这个训练帮他夺得了北京奥运冠军,因为他跳进水里游泳眼镜进水看不见了。他就用教练对他黑暗中游泳的方法游而不影响他的发挥,结果很棒。印象很深刻!
